"The next chapter in the end of the world is coming in The Last Stand: Aftermath, a roguelite single player action-adventure from veteran indie developers Con Artist Games. The game is set within the same universe as their hit flash games, with an all-new standalone story and gameplay. It isn’t if you’re going to die… it’s what you do with the time you have left. in order to get to know the other person, to progress with the story, and to unlock new, unknown areas of the mind.
As the game opens, you’re one of a group of people struggling to survive 15 years after the end of the world. When you’re infected with the incurable zombie virus, you know the rules; you’re given some supplies and sent out from the compound to try and make a difference with the time you have left. But why is the virus suddenly becoming so deadly again after all this time? You’ll have to go far, and push past death, to find out."
